Refund Timeline for Cancellations:

4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are applicable to only defective or damaged products.
- The request for exchange must be made within 3 days of receipt of consignment.
- Replacement is subject to availability of the product and exchange will be done within 30 days of return of the damaged or defective product.

- Bank Transfer: We accept bank transfers. We offer QR stickers, tabletop standees, and hangings that allow customers to make payments and have funds instantly credited to our bank account.
- Debit or Credit Cards: Lastly, we also accept payments through debit or credit cards.
